Description

The Puerto Rico Vector Management Association (AMVPR) and the Puerto Rico Vector Control Unit (PRVCU) will again hold the Annual Vector Control Convention on September 29, 2026. 

This free event brings together more than 300 participants, including municipal representatives, first responders, researchers, students, and public health professionals from across the island. The objectives are to provide specialized training, promote knowledge sharing, and foster collaboration on innovative solutions for Aedes aegypti control . 

The convention will be held at the Caguas Fine Arts Center, in order to facilitate the participation of municipal staff who work directly in mosquito management and control.
